ANNAPOLIS MARYLAND WORKSHOPS - Challenge your eyes
Learn about composition and exposure - all while using ONLY ONE FOCAL LENGTH.
We have done this challenging workshop now for several years in Annapolis because of its highly diverse subject matter.
This is a class that is going to teach you the discipline of composing with one focal length. That means you can shoot with a single focal length lens, or a zoom lens which is taped down to one of the focal lengths it provides and that choice of focal length is yours.
By shooting in this way you will learn to study your subjects and apply creative depth of field techniques and we shall be there to help and guide you.
Over the past few years we have done photography workshops in Annapolis Maryland. It is one of the most photogenic places in the wonderful Washington DC region and our students have consistently produced incredible images under the direction of Blue Ridge Workshop instructors. Again the challenge is to create these images using only one focal length.
This photographic journey will take us to the beautiful harbor and main streets of Annapolis as well the beautiful old homes and architecture and gardens along the side roads
Physically this is a low impact workshop. Mentally you will find it both challenging and rewarding.
